Of the 55 Episodes I have beed Supervising Sound Editor or Dubbing mixer on 49 of them, it has been enormous fun, both creatively and because everyone who works on the show are a great bunch of talented, kind, inventive, demanding people who encourage you to do the best you possibly can. It has been the most varied and challenging work I have done, from matching the sound of a 1970's studio, to spooky Christmas clue laden soundtracks, not to mention a Guy Richie style gangster flick done as commedia dell'arte, trying to make the doors all sound subtly different in an Shakespearian Hotel farce, and then there was morphing Reece's & a young female caller. Some of it has made me laugh, and some has made me cry. I will never forget sitting on the Metroplitan line with teas running down my face when I first read the script of "12 Days of Christine".
Enjoy tonights show.
